Got the pattern from Lay Sim, modified to the size I desire. Fully hand-sewed.

Start with a rectangle shape with size you want. Quilt the 3 layers (Front, batting and lining), preferably cotton.

Followed with sewing bias for both the opening then sew the zip on.

Front & Back

I used the size of 29cm x 24 cm with a 22 cm zip.

After the zip is sewed and fixed. Do running sticth on the other edges and pull it tight. Wrap a button or any round cover with fabric matching the color to close the hole, sewed with small stiches round the button. Do for both sides.

Make a small round shape with barcullum or cardboard then wrap with fabric and cover the hole inside the case as well. Do twice for both sides.
