<p>Start with a rectangle shape with size you want.  Quilt the 3 layers (Front, batting and lining), preferably cotton.</p>
<p>Followed with sewing bias for both the opening then sew the zip on.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-50" title="IMG_0004s" src="http://www.joy2knit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0004s-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_0004s" width="300" height="225" /><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-49" title="IMG_0003s" src="http://www.joy2knit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0003s-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_0003s" width="300" height="225" /></p>
<p>Front &amp; Back</p>
<p>I used the size of 29cm x 24 cm with a 22 cm zip.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-51" title="IMG_0006s" src="http://www.joy2knit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0006s-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_0006s" width="300" height="225" /> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-60" title="IMG_0007s" src="http://www.joy2knit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0007s-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_0007s" width="300" height="225" /></p>
<p>After the zip is sewed and fixed.  Do running sticth on the other edges and pull it tight.  Wrap a button or any round cover with fabric matching the color  to close the hole, sewed with small stiches round the button. Do for both sides.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-61" title="IMG_0019s" src="http://www.joy2knit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/IMG_0019s1-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_0019s" width="300" height="225" /> Make a small round shape with barcullum or cardboard then wrap with fabric and cover the hole inside the case as well.  Do twice for both sides.</p>
